The resort features around 100–120 individually themed cottages grouped into clusters- such as King’s Arbour, Temple, Avurudu, Kingfisher, and Ganga Addara-each landscaped with streams, ponds, and footpaths that echo rural village life.

Cottages are built in earthy tones and come in Standard, Superior, and Deluxe categories. Each has an en-suite bathroom, private verandah, and amenities like satellite TV, minibar, tea/coffee facilities, and options for air conditioning . Deluxe cottages often include bathtubs and larger verandahs overlooking ponds or garden features.
